At Purifydynam, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines your rights regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds in accordance with Irish consumer law and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
2. Your Statutory Rights
As a consumer in the European Union, you have statutory rights that cannot be excluded or limited by this policy. Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under Irish law or EU consumer protection regulations.
3. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
3.1 14-Day Withdrawal Right
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

3.3 Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:
- 14 days after we receive the goods back from you, or
- 14 days after you provide evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier
We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
4. Return Conditions
4.1 Product Condition
For a full refund under the right of withdrawal, products must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In original packaging
- With all seals intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
4.2 Diminished Value
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. If a product has been opened or used, we may deduct an amount from the refund to reflect the diminished value.
4.3 Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed to bear the cost. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.
5. Extended Return Policy
In addition to your statutory 14-day withdrawal right, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened products in original condition. This extended period is provided as a courtesy and is subject to the following conditions:
- Products must be unopened and unused
- Original packaging must be intact
- Return request must be made within 30 days of receipt
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
6. Damaged or Defective Products
6.1 Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged packaging and product
- Description of the damage
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
6.2 Defective Products
Under Irish consumer law, products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If you receive a defective product, you may be entitled to:
- A repair or replacement
- A full or partial refund
These remedies are available for up to 6 years from the date of purchase for defects that existed at the time of delivery.
7. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Products with broken or tampered seals
- Products past their expiration date
This does not affect your rights regarding defective products.
8. Refund Process
8.1 How to Request a Refund

- Wait for return authorization and instructions
- Ship the product back to the address provided
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund
8.2 Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product or evidence of return shipment. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Bank Transfer: 5-7 business days
9. Order Cancellation
9.1 Before Shipping
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Contact us immediately at infocenter@purifydynam.world with your order number. If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
9.2 After Shipping
If your order has already been shipped, you may refuse delivery or return the product under the right of withdrawal. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
10. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
